Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of SoundFling, a Windows desktop application published by STELLUM8 ApS (Denmark). By downloading, installing or using SoundFling, you agree to these terms.
1. License
Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use SoundFling on up to two (2) personal computers you own or control. The license covers all updates within version 1. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software or your license key.
2. Free trial
SoundFling includes a free 7-day trial with full functionality and no account required. After 7 days, a one-time license (149 DKK / €19.99) unlocks SoundFling forever. The trial is provided as-is to help you confirm compatibility with your speakers before purchasing.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use SoundFling only for lawful purposes and only to stream audio you have the right to play. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent the license mechanism, or use the software to infringe the rights of others.
4. Third-party speakers and trademarks
SoundFling works with speakers made by other companies. Sonos is a trademark of Sonos, Inc. SoundFling is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sonos or any other manufacturer. Compatibility may change if a manufacturer alters its firmware.
5. Warranty disclaimer
SoundFling is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Network audio streaming involves inherent latency (typically 1–3 seconds) and depends on your local network conditions, which are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STELLUM8 ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, SoundFling. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. These terms are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
