1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If SoundFling doesn't work for you for any reason, email support@soundfling.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
2. EU right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Because SoundFling offers a free 7-day trial, you can confirm compatibility before you buy.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@soundfling.com from the address you used to purchase, and include your order number or license key. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
4. Merchant of record
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
